- For acoustic guitars (steel-stringed), a custom light gauge (e.g., 11-52) is often a good starting point.
- For electric guitars, a common set is 10-46 (light–regular), which offers a good balance of playability and tone.
- For classical (nylon) guitars, go for normal or medium tension nylon sets.
- For bass guitars, light-to-medium round-wound sets (e.g., 40-100) are typical choices. How do I place an order?
Browse or search for the products you want, add them to your basket, andproceedto checkout. We accept multiple payment methods, including major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay,Gpayand more.
What if my parcel hasn’t arrived or I need to change the address?
If your order is overdue, first check the usual drop-off spots (neighbours, behind bins, etc.). If still missing, contact us and we’ll investigate.
If you realise the address is wrong before dispatch, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to amend it. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes, but in some cases, a parcel may be returned to us and then forwarded to the correct address at no extra cost.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
We offer a 30-day return period for most items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.
Some items—including strings, perishable goods, custom/special orders, and software—are non-returnable unless faulty.
If a product is faulty within 30 days, we’ll arrange a return and replacement.
Faulty goods beyond 30 days (up to 12 months) may be returned to the manufacturer under their warranty. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
