It doesn’t work. Tony plays super, super light gauge strings because he lost his finger tips. This led to his iconic sound and tuning.

That huge, heavy sound with low-E swelling in out of pitch as if it’s been hit super hard, is the sound of Black Sabbath and he achieves with thin strings. The new set signature Iommi from La Bella gives you the opportunity to play and sound like Tony. Designed to be played in Eb-standard (everything down a semi-tone).
