Good budget set

Well-made tapewounds with the classic almost dull sound, very good for those Wes 4-note chords; except that the 2 trebles are somehow not bright enough - you have to work hard with these. The Thomastik-Infeld and D'Addario tapewound sets for instance are far better balanced, and the trebles come out much better but you pay more. You do get what you pay for with guitar strings - these were what I expected for the price and work well for jazz rhythm guitar playing; good well-defined basses.
