The SIS (Screw In Solderless) plugs from Evidence Audio are made of brass and are undoubtedly among the best solderless plugs on the market. The inside of the tip of the SIS plug is carefully machined to have threads of a precise size and pitch. These threads cut and re-shape the soft conductor of the cable when you turn it around several times and guarantee an absolutely solid and secure connection between cable and plug.
