Rock Slide has been designed with specific playing ergonomics in mind which include a custom interior taper, finger rest and knuckle cutaway. The knuckle cutaway is one of Rock Slide's defining features which allows the slide to sit comfortably over the bend in your finger, combined with the finger rest at the top you now have complete control over the slide which will give you greater confidence in your playing and a new richness of tone.
This slide is made from hand-moulded glass for a warm tone and lightweight play.

A word from the Rock Slide - "Moulded Glass Rock Slides are individually hand moulded in the USA by master lampworkers. These have all the same features as our brass Rock Slides® with the Knuckle Cut, Finger Rest and Tapered Interior. These fit almost exactly like their brass counterpart but are slightly longer. The main difference being that they are much lighter & faster so you can really cook with these on an electric guitar. Because of our unique tapered interior design, they do have enough mass to light up your acoustic."
