Used across my pedalboards. You just cut the cable to length, screw on the angle or straight heads and you're done. I've never had one come loose and the tight and tidy cable is very easy to route and as you can size it, you can avoid all that excess cable or over stretched connector and fit your pedals where you want rather than working to the patch cable limitations (My main rig is using 23 pedals with a controller - so it's pretty cramped and twisted!) These sound as good as some of the professional premade cables - no hiss, no hum. I tried another make of patch cable recently on one small board - which cost a fortune and the hiss was back - so straight back to the George L's.

Even I can make patch cables from this kit, it really is as easy as all the publicity says. They have tidied my pedalboard up no end, and are well worth getting if you have something of a viper's nest at your feet! Recommended indeed. JB

These patch cables are really handy. You don't need to solder, just drop the cable into the jack plug and screw the end on tight. I have read that they are less reliable than soldered cable but so far I have experienced no problems whatsoever. I did however notice that my gear go a lot quieter when I switched to using these, no hum or hiss, which is great. The plugs are nice and quite low profile so they don't take up too much room on your pedal board. Making a lead is a case of cutting off the length you want and attaching the plugs as described - simple, quick, and very handy. Recommended.
