I use one of these babies in a rack system I built as a cheap mixing solution employing two rack mount processors which feed into send and return loops A and B and I set the LS-2 to A+B MIX, job done; I then mounted the whole LS-2 circuit in a steel 19" rack mount case.
This is an extremely versatile pedal. You can power other pedals with it too as it replaces the old red BOSS PSM (power supply Master switch) pedal. The two level controls are great for balancing out the mix too allowing you to get it just right. The pedal is cheap too.

Even though this isn't an FX pedal it should be in any rig requiring easy and quick changing. I live for this pedal in my live rig
