Since i saw John Petrucci's pedal board (The foot stands he has beside his board) I started to use a stool as a foot stand. I had to buy something that would allow me to use the rock pose without having to use seats. I bought this and although it allows me to use the pose it isn't really sturdy as i nearly broke mine when i put my foot on it. It's a good buy but try not to put too much pressure on it.
