Great, a pick that doesn't slide in your fingers! I've yet to put them side by side with the Ibanez Paul Gilbert picks, I have a feeling they're the same size but these feel like they could use a longer point on them, it may be that you automatically put these further back between your fingers due to the grip area. Anyway, they wear fast than a tortex pick but I prefer them due to the grip area and the point, also try the Paul Gilberts, V-picks screamer, Jazz 3 XL, and large pointed jazz tones.
