Great strings, was a bit unsure about them when using them in drop C, but as soon as i went down to drop B they came into their own. Great strings. Best £6 i had ever spent!

I switched to the Dunlop strings from the GHS Boomers earlier this year, and find them far superior. Mostly the low end is more defined (particularly the 60) yet the highs on the 60 are richer with much better harmonics than the boomers (which surely is the point if you like Zakk?).

Unlike the Kerry King signatures, these do actually differ from the standard Dunlop strings. The low strings feature " Dunlop High Tension technology", as blurbed above. The little string packets even have a tiny DHT logo on them.
I can't tell though whether it makes a positive difference, and I'm not sure that they're worth it if you're not wildly detuning. They don't have much 'zing' but there's plenty of 'chug' to go around.
