In addition to three delay time modes, a Delay Time control is furnished, giving you speedy, precise adjustment of delay time continuously within a range of 12.5ms to 800ms. The Hold function repeats the delay indefinitely.

This pedal is a brilliant addition for any guitarist. The build quality is superb (like all Boss pedals), and the tweaking possibilities are endless. And the tone you get out of it is just unbeatable. I agree 100% with mike; this is easily one of the best pedals going. If you're looking for an affordable yet professional delay, this is the one.

A wondeful tone, definitely one of Boss's best pedals and an all-time classic. Being able to switch from a short delay to a long one at the flick of a switch is a great boon live. A keeper, this one, has any manufacturer bettered it? I doubt it, despite the hype.
Only got this pedel last week and it is perfect for either David Gilmour or Yngwie Malmsteen depends on your preferd style. Fantastic pedel Recomend for all.
This pedal works great with any electrical instrument (so far used a guitar, bass and a microphone no probs)

sounds terrific
my line six delay modeller was stolen, and i needed a speedy subsstitute for some gigs, so i bought one of these. i was shocked how flexible this was, and how the pedal didnt 'sour' the tone of my guitar like some do. i agree with mr whittaker on the points about the 'hold' function and the battery life, but after a few months of playing around, im still finding new sounds everyday.
Some great sounds available, the hold feature takes some getting used to.

A really great effect pedal like all the Boss units but eats batteries quicker than I can eat pints of Banks' Mild. Make sure you get a Power Bank, it will pay for itself in about 10 - 15 hours of use.
