OK so Paul Gilbert uses thin tortex picks but these are great! Not sure if it's the print or the material but you can get a good grip on these and you can't work out why. Kinda like a bigger Jazz 3 with a less defined point and better grip is how I'd sum them up, the material will get chewed on pick slides and does wear faster then tortex as it's more plastic like. They are fast and accurate for lead though, give them a go, they're cheap and I like them!
