4 Far better than I expected

I bought some of these on a whim, figuring that even if they were no good (branded picks can be a bit poor), at least they'd look 'cool' on my headstock. But I ended up really liking them, so much so that I use them in preference to the Tortex's I used before (although I use Delrin 500s when I'm playing bass). Feel-wise, they're similar to the Delrins, but not quite as smooth. That's not neccessarily a bad thing though. Downsides? Well I wish there was something between the Medium and Heavy guages, as I feel the Medium is a little too flexible, and Heavy is fractionally too stiff. That's personal preference though, and like I said I'm using them more than the Tortexs. They're not the hardest wearing picks I've ever used, but they're probably no worse than the equivalent gauge Tortex. The price I guess will be an issue for some - at £5.99 for 12 that's effectively 50p each, and many others (including the aforementioned Dunlops) are significantly cheaper. However, if you fancy something that looks cool and plays somewhere between a Tortex and a Delrin, give them a go.
