This is a beautifully simple design. It weighs next to nothing and is trivial to fit. I'd dispute the description slightly. It does take a gentle squeeze to lock it into place, but I find you then need a second slightly firmer squeeze just to move it one notch down on the ratchet, otherwise it wont quite be firm enough on the top strings. The only negative thing I can say about it is that eight quid seems a lot of money for a bit of plastic, even though it is fair value in terms of its performance.
