The lifetime guarantee makes you think these cables must be great, but don't be fooled. They do fail pretty easily, and suffer from noise in certain circumstances. Those guarantees are just a gimmick, and in my experience, are more trouble than they're worth to take advantage of. It's well worth paying the extra for the pro cables. They really are great!
