What more can I say about the staff at Strings Direct – their professionalism and knowledge is second to none. I am a mere amateur on the gig circuit and needed to upgrade my guitar in order to take the next step. I swapped my guitar for an Electric Yamaha Double Cutaway Pacifica and replaced the strings with Ernie Ball Super Slinky’s. We decided to add Pedal Snake cables as a few other ‘roadies’ id crossed paths with recommended them. Lastly I invested in a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe which is the last piece of the jig-saw. This was all done within a very reasonable budget. My pride and joy is born….

Using your company, I am able to order strings (often makes or guages I wouldn't find in any local shops) either online or by phone, and receive them the next morning. I can't imagine how I managed before! Even when I ask to order unusual or non-stock items, you are very helpful, and usually manage to get hold of the items. It's not often you go searching for something as difficult to find (even on the high street) as a '20 top for a 6 string, but to find online chat-based help AND someone who actually values a customer (yo paul_strings) - that's class in a glass. Hello. Being politically very leftwing I don't usually gush about businesses, but I'd like to register being impressed with your service, speed and breadth of stock. I'm pretty sick of the rudeness/ apathy of music shop staff also, and the web is a good way to get round having to deal with them! It was good also to get to try some of the specialist Martin strings that would have been beyond my pocket usually, but which'll now be my regular string.
