STRING SET PRICING: Prices quoted are for per set of strings, eg. should a ten set price be quoted at £5.00 this would be £5.00 per set, so ten sets would be £50.00

We believe we have the fairest pricing structure for electric & acoustic guitar strings, bass strings & instrument accessories. However if you find strings or accessories advertised in the UK mainland at a genuine better price including delivery we will attempt not only match the price, but try and better it! All UK mainland orders of £30.00 or under are charged at £1.00 delivery. UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) orders over that amount are free delivery unless you have selected a premium delivery service (i.e. - Next Day Delivery)
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day. Delivery is by Royal Mail ‘First Class’ post and is usually next day but can typically take between 1-3 days from the date of posting. Delays can occur if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Orders over £50 being delivered within the UK Mainland (excludes Highlands and Islands postcodes) will be sent next weekday delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Courier) free of charge. A signature will be required (Only orders made before 3pm Monday-Friday will go out same day). Please if possible add your contact number to your order so any issues with delivery our courier can contact you. They will also text you to notify you of your delivery time slot when possible.
Most small orders are sent in bespoke boxes that are designed to fit through standard size letter boxes, although it is advised, but not a necessity to set the delivery address as a premises where someone will be there to take delivery of the package, no matter how big or small the order.
Larger orders can be sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Interlink next day courier service. Both of these methods of delivery require a signature upon delivery. If your order is being sent by either courier or special delivery then you will receive a delivery information email with your parcel reference number and estimated delivery date when your order has been despatched.
Interlink will attempt delivery & if no-one is in to receive the package a card will be posted through the letterbox notifying you of the attempted delivery. The package will then be held at their depo ready for collection or you can contact them to arrange a redelivery. If still not collected the order will be returned to the sender. If a change of delivery address is required from the original delivery address submitted at the time of ordering a further £9.95 charge will be applicable.
If you absolutely require guaranteed next day delivery, we can offer a Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service which is only guaranteed for weekday deliveries and must be ordered before 3pm , Monday - Friday. This service can be added by selecting ‘Special Delivery’ in the checkout section. There is a £9.99 additional cost for ‘Special Delivery’ before 1pm or you can select our Super Saver £3.99 Interlink Next Day Service (again weekdays only for delivery), please note that Highlands and Islands postcodes can be at an extra cost).
Larger orders over 2kg (Multi-Effects, Amps, Guitars or Portastudio type items) have to be sent by a courier and delivery times are between 9am and 5pm weekdays . A signature is required on delivery.
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Air Mail. You can select International Signed For which is a tracked service but please not the parcel is only tracked until it gets to the UK Borders and not within the country of delivery. If your order is being sent by International Signed For then you will receive a delivery information email with your parcel reference number and estimated delivery time when your order has been despatched.
With International Signed For mail is despatched on the next available flight, and receives priority handling both here and abroad.

Eastern Europe 4-5 days
Rest of the World 5-7 days
For larger orders we use DPD International courier which is fully trackable and usually 2 days quicker than standard post.
Returns & Refund Policy

7 Day Money Back Guarantee - In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 days for a refund. All returns MUST be confirmed by email or phone in order to get a returns number.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If you decide that you do not wish to keep an item you can either return it to us yourself at your own expense, or contact us and we will arrange collection which is chargeable. The average cost for a collection is £14.95. This returns policy does not apply to any items that have been especially ordered.
Within 28 days of the date of delivery, we will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods within the UK Outside of 28 days from the date of delivery to a maximum of 12 months, we will arrange from the return of faulty goods from us to the manufacturers for repair, under the terms of manufacturer's warranty. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition, or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser. ANY returned goods must be properly packaged, suitable for transportation. Any period after 12 months the purchaser will be liable for any carriage costs
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-10 working days to show on the customer's account.
